Wednesday, March 29th. Perfect weather, hot fishing and quality sized fish. That’s about all I have to say.

Sunday, January 1. Fishing has been tough. Many explanations for this include the recent earthquake, high pressure and shrimp spawning cycles; at the end of the day though they just haven’t been biting. On the plus side the fish we have been catching have been quality up to 31 inches from nose to fork.

Tuesday, October 4. Limits of Kokanee Salmon for 5 people by 10:00 am. Catching remains strong.

Monday, October 3. Captain Andrew Lubrano has been limiting out the Gatsby of Kokanee Salmon. We expect the bite to stay strong as long as the fish are in the lake before going up Taylor Creek to spawn.

Wednesday, May 25. Captain Andrew Lubrano of the Great Gatsby and Captain Mike of the Tight Lines both had full boats all this last week. despite high winds and cold temperatures. Both boats limited out their guests with mackinaw lake trout and had time to cruise around sightseeing after.

Tuesday, April 26. Fishing has been explosive off the South Shore. Captain Mike of the Great Gatsby has been consistently putting limits of mackinaw lake trout in the cooler for his customers.

Saturday, March 19. 15 mackinaw landed in 4 hours with many more getting off. The bite is incredible and the weather was even better.
